On April 28, we were honored to host U.S. Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins and Ohio Governor Mike DeWine at one of our processing facilities. We discussed the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) efforts to fight highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI). “HPAI has been devastating for poultry farmers in western Ohio, so I appreciate that Secretary Rollins came here personally to speak with local farmers and hear what they’ve been going through,” stated Governor DeWine. “The visit was very positive and productive.”
