The Agriculture Education Foundation, founded in 2017, is a private non-profit foundation that promotes agricultural education accessibility and supports agricultural educators. Specifically, the foundation provides scholarships for the recruitment of agricultural educators.
Weaver Eggs is proud to support a foundation that recognizes there is a serious need for agriculture educators in Ohio. One unique aspect of the Agriculture Education Foundation is that it focuses on agriculture education in non-traditional settings, which includes cities. Youth in inner cities are the most underexposed to agriculture, and Weaver Eggs is dedicated to financially supporting the foundation to engage and develop young leaders in agriculture.
